Roles and Responsibility:

He/she will be responsible for planning and implementing business strategies to expand ULTS customer base in India, providing client specific and customized solutions as part of consultative sales,

he/she would also be responsible for achieving revenue and profitability targets, develop effective sales/marketing tool kits and be able to put together top class responses to bids/tenders, Provide inputs for developing pricing policies, market entry strategies and client management programs, maintaining customer relations and handling post sales support, for providing analytical support and feedback, forecasts, reports, competitor information and field intelligence.

·         Responsible for expanding the business in GIS business domains, markets and Remote sensing

·         Independently develop processes to obtain leads through possible sourcing opportunities

·         Develop new business partners and also work closely with our partners to leverage prospects/clients;

·         Active involvement in the RFP process with close coordination with the pre-sales technical team;

·         Convert the potential client to regular customer and meet the sales target;

·         Maintain accurate up-to-date sales pipeline and forecasts;

·         Responsible for reporting the pipeline, funnel and sales figures to the management on a periodic basis

·         Other duties as assigned by the Sales/Business Development- Head

·         Expanding business in Government Industries and Private partnership

 

Skill set off:

·         Candidates should have excellent written and verbal communication skills.

·         Detailed knowledge of the operating domain and business areas willing to study if not possess.

·         Self motivated to work independently, with team support, to meet business

·         Effectively work with Microsoft Office applications, including Outlook, Word, Excel and Power Point

·         He/she should have a consistent successful track record and minimum experience of 10 years in Sales/Business Development role with a reputed company in service sector and in government industries.

·         The person should have prior experience in selling IT services in India to two or more of the following: Government Organizations, Defense Forces, Oil and Gas companies, Business Geographic's, Agriculture and/or Telecom and Utility companies.

·         The person should have demonstrated high level of result orientation, a go-getter attitude and excellent communication skills in his/her earlier assignments.

·         Able to close the sales deals independently.

·         Able to get Partners and Associates.

·         Should be able to negotiate in government projects

·         Should have contact base in target market.

·         Strong customer service, target oriented communication, writing and presentation skills.

·         Knowledge of market analysis, business development is essential.

Package:  6 Lakhs per annum with Incentives per projects, TA, DA and HRA
